Your first visit

Here's what to expect for your first visit.

When you check in at one of our offices, we'll give you some forms to fill out. If you've been referred to us by another doctor, be sure to show the referral slip to the front desk or mention who referred you to us. Then, we'll have you take some photo records of your facial profile and your teeth, as well as a panoramic and cephalometric x-ray.

If you're using Medicaid to cover your orthodontic treatment, we'll submit these records for approval and you'll be done for the day. We'll call you and notify you if you get approved or denied, and let you know what your next steps are.

Otherwise, if your non-Medicaid insurance covers orthodontic treatment or if you're paying out-of-pocket, the doctor will speak with you regarding your treatment roadmap, as well as your financial options. You may be able to start treatment the same day!

We also offer simple financing for those paying out-of-pocket.
